Mixing Straw Materials with KMACH Mixing Line
The mixing line mainly consists of one straw bale conveyor unit, one straw breaking and mixing unit,one chicken manure adding hopper and one mixing outlet conveyor unit. It is used for straw bale breaking, wetting and mixing.
Compost Conveyor Systems
The conveyor systems in Phase I bunker area include cascade conveyors,central conveyor,inclined conveyor and discharge conveyor,etc.
Chicken Litter Hopper and Inclined Conveyor
The dry chicken litter material is loaded into the hopper for mixing and breaking to be finer, and then dropped onto the inclined conveyor and transferred to the mixing line for a more even mixing with the straw material.
Chicken Manure Breaker
We use KMACH chicken manure breaker to mix and break the chicken manure lumps to be finer and then mix it with straw and gypsum materials evenly to improve the compost mass more homogeneous.
