According to the special characteristics of phase II compost, KMACH has designed and manufactured the durable and efficient blocking line, which mainly consists of one dosing hopper, one horizontal belt conveyor, one spawning unit, one blocking and hydraulically pressing system and one shrink-wrap packaging system. The blocking process can be adjusted at 3 speeds and maximum capacity can reach 600 blocks per hour. The block size is 400*570mm with thickness adjustable from 180 to 250mm, and weight adjustable from 20 to 27kgs.
